facebook and the art of persuasion (or the lack of it!)

To say that, I spend a lot of time on facebook, would be a understatement!
And the screenshot below is a validation of the same, from facebook itself.

However, of late, facebook seems to be pushing me a little too much. And what's interesting is over the course of the day, the tone goes from a cheerful one to an almost demanding one.
